One day before departure, the tour operator contacted us to confirm the exact pick-up time. He came to our apartment on time in the morning. The journey was pleasant and uncomplicated. On site, we were assigned to another group, with which the first part of the tour began. In the short break there was a small packed lunch and our driver drove us on to Auschwitz-Birkenau. There was now the second part of the tour. After that, our driver was waiting for us again at the already warmed up car. He was very friendly and answered all questions and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this tour if you want stress free sightseeing from Wroclaw for a day from Wroclaw!

Super convenient! They called us 24 hours before our trip to confirm the time they were going to pick us up from our hotel in Wroclaw. Bart drove us safely to Auschwitz, instructed us on how the day would go. After seeing Auschwitz 1, he had a lunch prepared for each of us which we ate while he drove us to Auschwitz 2. He waited for our tour to complete and then drove us home! Basically everything was taken care of, all you have to do is show up and they take care of the rest! Highly recommend.

We were picked up right outside of our Airbnb in Wroclaw at 10:30am. The driver was a nice young guy named Jakub (sorry if I butcher the spelling). It was a pleasant drive both ways and he told us all about life in Poland. We had a group of five and we were under the impression that it would just be us in the van but there were two other kids on the tour as well. Not a big deal but there may be other people on the drive with you, especially if you're not a big group. We stopped at a gas station halfway through each drive. The tour guide was pretty good, no complaints. After the tour of Auschwitz I, Jakub gave us each sandwiches, snacks, and waters and drove us to Auschwitz-Birkenau II. The tour through Auschwitz-Birkenau II was decent. I would most definetly recommend booking this tour if you want to see Auschwitz and don't want to deal with the hassle of driving yourself/taking trains. I've heard that taking the trains are very long process and you're cramped like sardines.
