The old town of Wroclaw is beautifully lit with numerous gas lanterns. All the lanterns are lit by hand each day with the Darkbreak of one "Latarnik", one after the other. With your guide you will take a stroll around this picturesque market square, making sure to take a brief visit to the Elisabeth Church. Next, you will take a stroll in the direction of the university, en-route, take a stop at the Fencing Fountain.  Continue on your journey to visit such landmark sites as the old Matthias Gymnasium, the Baroque Garden, the Old Town Mart Hall, and the Sand Bridge to the Sand Island. On the way, you will also get to see the Dompanorma from the Schiffanlegestelle an der Oder. Next, visit Cathedral Island and marvel at its numerous churches and the Wroclaw St. John's Cathedral.
