Full description

Take in three of England’s historic sites in one day on a tour to Stonehenge, Bath, and Windsor from London. Learn about the ancient stone circle at Stonehenge, follow in the footsteps of the Romans at the UNESCO-listed city of Bath, and explore the riverside town of Windsor.

Start your day by traveling from London in an air-conditioned mini-coach, toward the ancient kingdom of Wessex, where the world-famous Stonehenge monument is located. With a history spanning 5,000 years, this stone circle continues to be shrouded in mystery and myth.

Next, arrive in Bath to learn about the mark left by both the Romans and Georgians. Afterward, the remainder of the tour will be spent in Windsor, home to the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world, Windsor Castle.

Learn the history of the royal residence as you enter the state apartments and reception rooms. Admire fine furniture and paintings, then visit St. George's Chapel, the final resting place of English kings and queens like Henry VIII and Elizabeth II. Finish your tour by traveling back to London.

Overall, tour was good. Pickup was very confusing and messed up as the location changed, then received multiple emails confirming the wrong location and ended up waiting for an hour to be picked up. There was someone else on a different tour waiting at the same spot, had the same issue. It would be great not to sit outside in the cold for an hour for no reason other than some kind of communication issue. Pricey tour, however we enjoyed Stonehenge and Windsor Castle very much. Bath seems like sort of a wasted stop as there is not enough time to really see anything and also eat lunch as suggested. Overall we would recommend the tour if you can get the pickup spot straightened out. The small van tours are definitely the way to go.

The tour was very good and our guide Tony made it very interesting. Important to note that this is a tour with lots of drive time and Tony was an expert driver, making this very smooth. He made sure to drop us close to the venues for the visits and gave very clear instructions for regrouping after free time. He shared lots of interesting facts along the way. I opted not to visit the Roman Baths, I preferred to visit the core center of Bath (area around the roman baths), I am glad I did, it was a lovelly place to visit and feel I had plenty of time to take it in. All 3 sites were worth visiting and starting with Stonehenge was great, we were the first group there in the morning. Overall a great day.

Stonehenge was amazing! It really is a must see! Bath was also a nice surprise I wasn’t sure what to except. I do wish there was more time to explore bath! The main attraction there was packed. You would have enough time to tour it. It’s about 6 hours total driving time so be prepared!
