Overall rating
We booked at short notice (the evening before) and were initially afraid that the transfer wouldn't work. After a quick call on the morning of the transfer to reconfirm, the driver picked us up at the hotel on time. The journey was very pleasant, we felt safe and in good hands. Our driver took the time to explain how the terminals were arranged and where we had to go to check-in. All in all, a successful transfer from the hotel to the airport. Highly Recommended.
Lucy was there to pick me up even after my flight was delayed and immigration was murder. I think he must have waited over an hour until pickup as he was following my plane. Excellent service!
The driver was so patient, he waited even when I was delayed at the airport. Thank you
