It is said that Durban doesn't wear its charm on its sleeve. Its charm needs to be sought out, sometimes squeezed out. Our days are spent doing just that. Born in Durban, studied in Europe, explored the globe and now co-founders of Wild Routes Africa — we (Atang & Justin) are on a mission to reimagine how this city and province of ours is experienced. How? Well we need to keep some secrets but let's just say we make a point of knowing the most interesting people in the Zulu Kingdom which, if you're nice, we'll introduce to you too. Wild Routes Africa is all about creating immersive experiences which unlock the spaces our travellers move through whether that is in the city's eclectic markets or the remote caves of the Drakensberg mountains.
