The booking was quick and easy, but the only issue I had was that the tour guide was late arriving and I wasn’t informed. I contacted the WhatsApp help desk and was asked to collect a ticket at the online ticket collector counter and join an individual tourist group that was just entering. Other than that, the tour was great.

A must-see site. Unique experience that you must live. A jacket or an extra clothing would is required in my opinion as it is cold down there. Have in mind that you will have to walk for about 2 hours, but with many breaks between.
