He was very nice before and after the tour, and he was punctual yet patient at the same time. I was about 4 minutes late for the initial meet-up time, I was lost and he saw me circling around the meeting point and came to me and kindly called out my name :) Respects privacy, but at the same time endearing and cheerful. Plus his driving was great! Smooth but fast, he'll get you there on time in no time :D

Absolutely fantastic excursion to see the Salt Mines. They really are stunning and a must-see if you visit Krakow. St Kinga's Chapel takes your breath away! Our guide at the Salt Mines, Natalia, was very informative and entertaining. I'd highly recommend this trip. Thank you!

Great meeting point, right in the center. Everything is punctual, so it's best not to be late. It is very close to Krakow and the journey takes only half an hour. All guides in the mine wear the same uniform. It creates an atmosphere.

A short and interesting excursion, the children also liked it. There was time to walk around and buy souvenirs. I would definitely recommend a visit to everyone who came to Krakow.

I advise everyone to wear comfortable shoes, you need to walk a lot. But it's worth it. It's beautiful inside, the guide is well-known and interesting.
