We had a blast on the river! Jared was awesome, very knowledgeable and made sure we had a great time!
Jared was a great guide, fun and interesting too! Shared interesting information for all ages. Felt like you were on the trip with a friend and not a tour guide. He was able to keep both parties in our group entertained and it was a fun atmosphere. You could see the respect he has from others on the water. Kept us safe when he knew the weather was going to be rough. He called a day ahead to let us know and was flexible in offering options to move this experience that fit within our travel plans. Worked out fantastically. When he says this is his backyard, you can tell it truly is. I got a little confused on where to meet, so after you go thru entry gate, it’s a long winding road to the lake. As you enter the lake area it is the first beach on your left. That is where all the kayak tours leave from. Parking is to the right. Just walk over and look for the tan and olive green kayaks.
