Made to feel very welcome from the start and a gin and lemonade on arrival. Great story on how the distillery started. Tasted some lovely gins, got to keep our glasses and received a 10% discount in the shop. A lovely experience would definitely recommend.

Some tours like this are interesting but quite dry…not this one. There was human interest, a bit of history, a bit of local folklore, humour, science and, of course, the tasting. Our tour guide, John, was excellent - knowledgeable, interesting and held everyone’s attention throughout the tour. A super experience and then an opportunity to buy some discounted gin and rum. What’s not to like? Give it a go - and decide for yourself.
