After a long day out on the slopes, there's nothing finer than sitting down over a lovely meal to replenish your soul. This 4-course dinner explores the best restaurants in Whistler, and you'll have a chance to visit an impressive 15,000-bottle wine cellar! If you're looking for a treat, this is the experience for you! We'll begin at Bearfoot Bistro for a lovely amuse bouche, from Canada's "Best Chef of 2008". Next up, Hy's Steakhouse, for a cajun crusted blacked ahi tuna. It will melt in your mouth! By now, you're ready for a full meal, so we'll head to one of Whistler's finest restaurants, Quattro. Here you'll have a choice of meat or seafood with a signature pasta along side. It's a treat! For a sample dessert, head to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory before finishing off at FireRock Lounge for some artisan cheese plates.  Before your tastings, a Whistler Tasting Tour representative will confirm your menu, and all can be altered for dietary or allergic restrictions!

Amazing quality, if on the expensive side

There is really nothing one can reproach the quality of this tour: the dinner at Quatro was delectable, as was the steak at Hys and all wine/champagne/dessert/tastings etc., andvisiting the wine cellar at Bear Foot's was great. That said all portions were very small, both food and drink, so it was pricey. We had a very good time, but I do think the portions could have been bigger for the price.

Very enjoyable

My wife and I had a very enjoyable dinner evening out in Whistler. Our tour guide was great, both in terms of food expertise and in keeping the atmosphere nice and pleasant for the entire group the whole time. Except for the dessert, which we found really mediocre, everything was excellent.

Such a fun and delicious evening.

We started at Bearfoot, where we got to saber a bottle of champagne, which I'd never seen before. Fun! And the champagne was really good too. Next up was Hy's Steakhouse and, well, that for us was the highlight. Steak to die for, absolutely delicios wine, and really nice atmosphere as well. Then we went to Quattro's, where the pasta wasn't bad, but generally it just wasn't as good as Hy's... maybe it'd be a good idea to switch the order of the two? The dessert that we had after Quattro's, though, fully made up for it. Cheesecake and ice wine.....yu-um! Great finale.

Chose this activity to learn about whistler as first time visitors...and to experience “finer” restaurants and attractions. Mike our guide was informative and made the experience fun! Savoring champagne was a history lesson! Appetizers and sweets were good. The main course offering was disappointing....dry and unappealing!

We loved the experience of the progressive dinner in Whistler, BC.

We all had a super fun time with our guide Bria who gave us more insight to Whistler's fine dining and the wonderful local BC Wines. The food was yummy and we would highly recommend the experience to all.
