James was very knowledgeable and could answer almost any question about the park, animals, geology, and history. He educated us all day long. We saw the main features of the south loop of Yellowstone, with easy walks to each. James told us which other places to make sure to visit, and the best places to park. We saw bison, mule deer, elk, sandhill cranes, and a bear (a special treat). Lunch included a sandwich, fruit, desert and water. Love that they had gluten free bread.

I have taken other trips before and been disappointed, but this trip by far exceeded my expectations. Our guide, Nick F. was great! He tried hard to give us the best experience, turned around for photo ops, and took pictures to send us! He was very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his job. The packed lunch was very good. I feel like if I’d have gone through myself, I wouldn’t have seen as much or learned as much about the beautiful park!

First our guide James was fantastic! He is a walking text book on Yellowstone Park. He gave us a continuous narrative on what we were seeing and going to see. He was dead on time picking us up and quickly provided us with some outstanding pastries for breakfast. We were barely in the park and came across a herd of Buffalo which provided some excellent opportunities for pictures. We had a wonderful lunch by Yellowstone Lake and those sandwiches were some of the best we have had. They had separated the toppings in a sealed bag so the bread did not get soggy. They had been made fresh that morning. The van was spacious and very comfortable. I would highly recommend anyone to take your tour as your service and tour was well worth the money. But asked for James he was fantastic!
