This is a great way to delve into the craft beer world. I tired some flavors of beer that I didnt even think were possible, and found out all the science behind them. It really is a craft, and each brewery we went to did things quite unique. It was great to hear about the history of the buildings and the area of each brewery also. Some very passionate brewers out there and was great to meet and talk to them.

Our guide Jon was very experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of food and the food industry in general. We had a lovely day visiting a variety of food establishments in Wellington, including a coffee roaster who had the art of coffee making down to a science. Take the advice and come hungry!
