We weren’t sure what to expect but this turned out to be a really fun activity! Really interesting and each station is short enough to keep kids entertained. We did this first and wound up learning a bunch of fun facts that we could then recall for our daughter when we saw other sites around Rome.

I would recommend this to EVERYONE! They did a great job bringing to life the historical development of the city and how and why it changed throughout the centuries. The IMAX style three dimensional affect film and the engaging focus rooms were amazingly well thought out to teach you all the basics of what you’re looking at as you travel around the Eternal City.

Visiting Rome? Stop! And buy a ticket for this multimedia presentation and make this the first thing you do when you arrive. Doing so, I guarantee that when you walk out you will have a better understanding of what you see lying all around you in the city and a much deeper appreciation for all those bits and pieces that at first have little or no context. #1 You choose a date but your ticket can be used ANYTIME that day--so you have flexibility and are not going to miss anything if you take a wrong turn on your way. #2 You can watch and experience it more than once that day! I attended the 13:00 showing, went to get gelato and walked around a bit, came back around 15:30 and watched it a second time: it is that good.
