Excellent, very informative and well run. From the receptionist when you walk in to the sales staff everyone is friendly and very easy to get along with. The show room is amazing and I was surprised when you do the factory tour how close you are to see what they are doing and you can actually talk and ask questions of the craftsman.

Would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to understand how chrystalware is made. The tour was in the Waterford production center and we were shown how designers create a pattern and then wood molds are made that matches the design pattern. After the molding process, the blowing process starts. This is where amazing luxury crystal begins to take its shape. The Master Craftsmen use a furnace that reaches temperature of 2,400 degrees F to transform molten balls of glowing, red hot crystal to create Waterford Crystal. The House of Waterford Crystal has very strict inspection standards. If the crystal does not pass all six inspections, it is rejected and sent back to the furnace for re-melting. Go. It's an amazing process and you wont regret it.

An interesting and informative tour with an opportunity to get up close to watch the master craftsmen work making the beautiful crystal pieces. The young tour guide was friendly with lots of patience as inevitably the single American tourist with the large video camera held the tour up whilst he got his shots. Well done young man.
