Unfortunately the trip coincided with both the National Cherry Blossom Parade and the Emancipation Parade, which closed off Pennsylvania Avenue, requiring alternative routes. Additionally, we were hit with rain later in the afternoon. Both our guide and driver worked tirelessly though, to ensure we still got value for money. Enjoyable all-in-all.

Signature Tours is great overall! Their buses has bathroom installed inside which is great especially travelling with 1 toddler and an infant. Tyronne, our guide was so witty, informative and the best! Mike, our driver is awesome as well! My only comment is that their meeting spot, time and communication with people who availed their tours is not that great. We lined around 9:30 and left for tours around 10:30 already and we were last even though we lined up nearly in the front. The people who joined the group not the facilitator didn't have the decency to prioritize our family with a stroller and 2 kids and was left with just 2 seats instead of 3 which our tour guide was supposed to be seated. They even told us take it or leave it. Smh but overall it worked out coz sitting in front of the bus was great coz we can see everything while Tyronne is explaining everything. Lunch was a quick one but to top off everything, we had a boat cruise which is great! All in all tour was great!

This 6-hour tour was just what we needed to see the sights in Washington DC. It covered all the memorials we wanted to see - The White House, Capitol and all the memorials (FDR, MLK, Korean, Vietnam, World War II, Iwo Jima and Lincoln). According to the website, a River Cruise was included up until Oct 15. We took this tour on Oct 16 and were not expecting the River Cruise. Unfortunately, this was the worst part of the tour. It was chilly on the boat and I left my sweater on the bus when we had lunch at the Harbor. From there we went right to the boat. The boat's motor was loud and we were unable to hear a single word the voice on the microphone was saying. For those reasons I did not enjoy the river cruise at all. However, if this tour includes the river cruise, wear a sweater or jacket and sit close to the announcer so you can hear what he is saying.
