The morning process was pleasant and exactly as advertised-the Big Bus was at the 700 L'Enfant Plaza SW starting point on time. The bus drivers and assistants were friendly, and give you earbuds to plug-in and listen to the history about each landmark. You can get off the Big Bus at any bus stop to walk around, then catch it again at different bus stops, or stay on for the entire tour (if it's too cold or you're tired).

Very difficult to find the meeting point. There really should be signs inside L’anfant plaza telling you where to go. We walked in circles for over an hour because no shops were open and the couple people we saw have us terrible directions. Our Uber driver dropped us off on the lower level but not being from DC we had no idea. You bud guide needs better directions around the building so people can find you

This tour is a great way to see the sights in DC. Loved being able to get off and take our time walking around the monuments. Buses come back every 20 minutes...if we needed more time we waited for the next bus. Highly recommend this tour to see the sights. The recorded narration gave lots of interesting facts.
