The seats were too small for me. They need to state very clearly that there is a lot of walking on this tour. A person in our group complained that they could not keep up, because she had trouble walking. The tour guide kept talking in a forward direction as she was walking, so we could not hear what she was saying. When I was able to hear her, she knew a lot of historical information, so she knew what she was talking about. I wish I could have heard everything she said. I also think they should see less monuments and spend more time at some of them. Overall, the tour experience was mediocre due to small seats, we were unable to hear the tour guide at times, and the time spent at each monument was too short (for example, at the Lincoln memorial, we also have a chance to see the Vietnam and Korean war monuments, but were so time limited, we could only see the Lincoln memorial and the reflection pool and not the Vietnam and Korean war monuments.

Jamal was a great guide! He was very knowledgeable and gave details, history, and the meaning behind each monument. He was great at answering all the questions we had. We loved that we were able to get off the bus and go up to the monuments. Perfect way to see them (plus it’s less crowded at night).

Christopher was very knowledgeable and funny and personally took us around some of the war memorials. He helped one of travelers find her family member at the Vietnam memorial, it was very touching. He also used humor when one of the ladies on our bus got on the wrong bus! He was great and he dropped us near us near the metro station at the end of the tour so we could easily get back to our B&B. Highly recommend!
