Mary was an incredible tour guide who spoke very understandable English. Her knowledge of the city and its history were impressive and she was able to answer all of our questions. Getting picked up/dropped off right outside of our apartment was so convenient and the 3 hours went by so quickly. This was my first ‘private’ city tour and I’m not sure if I can go back to the large group tour atmosphere. The balance between driving and walking was also great as we were able to see so much more with a local driving us from sight to sight while she filled in the transit time with interesting stories and historical insights. Bottom line: I would 100% recommend a private tour with Mary to couples/families looking for a truly personalized door-to-door experience. I recommend doing this tour on your first day in Warsaw so that you can see the highlights and decide where to re-visit to gain more depth.
