I’d thoroughly recommend doing this trip. We were picked from our hotel and then left Warsaw at 6.40. We arrived in Krakow at 9 and were met by the driver who took as a short drive to the old town where we had an hour to walk and have a drink. The journey to Auschwitz by car was around 80 minutes but was very comfortable. The tour itself was very professionally done and the chance to visit the museum and site of the camps is worth it. After the tour we were driven back to old town Krakow where we had 2 hours before we took the train home. We were then met on the platform and driven straight back to our hotel. The museum was a real experience and probably something you’d only ever do once, what made it a real experience was the seamless transfers, god quality transport and the amount of time to enjoy Krakow old town itself. For the money, it’s an excellent deal.

Great day! Long day! Example: Pickup at hotel 5:45a. Return to hotel 12:00a. Lots of walking. Overall had about 3 hours in Krakow. Time to walk around Old Town, grab dinner and do some shopping. Easy 10-15 min walk from there to the train station. Only complaint was that the audio headsets at Auschwitz were poor quality so it was very difficult to hear the guide and that portion of the tour was very crowded and rushed. It made it more difficult to connect to the surroundings. Overall I am very satisfied and so glad we took the time to go. It was nice to have all the arrangements taken care of for us.

Agnieszka was a safe and cheerful driver. She brought us through little Polish villages on our way to Wolf's Lair. Our English guide was informative and knowledgeable. He did not rush nor hurry us during the tour.

Emotional trip but one that is a must, tour guides really help paint the terrible picture that these people went through. Our transport guide was amazing so friendly and the ease of finding everything was great.

Guide was superb, informed, caring, e collect driver
