The company, Fun and Tickets, are really reliable. The bus was top of the line and the driver, Jose, was totally competent. The staff on board were helpful. Our tour guide. Marta, is an absolute treasure. Her knowledge of Avila and Segovia is astounding, she ensures all clients are walking at a co.fortable pace and are informed about arrangements. Marta also has an engaging sense of humour. Highly recommended.

Eduardo was a great tour guide! We truly enjoyed his knowledge and all the little fun extras he added. The lunch was ok - not the best, but worth it as lunch in Avila was costly and with only an hour, it was better to just have something ready. Would recommend in the future!

Excellent. Very fun and knowledge guides — Gloria in Avila and Daniel in Segovia. Long walks but time went by so fast. Thank you 😊

the guides were so good and very friendly so good 10 out of 10
