I couldn't use it properly, only visited a museum de A'rc in front of Cathedral. cose they didn't mention if the pass would be with guides or not,and how far was the places to visit. only in last minute after getting lost how to locate the places to visit,I had a decision to call to asked for remboursement. The lady on the phone guides me with a message with details of one of the places which kids can make activities like library etc. And I should take a tramway in 30 min,byt infortenatly they almos closed when we arrived there.any way I had only 24h to visit Strasbourg and most of places was needed a car or public transportation to go, and nothing specify on the meeting point which was the Cathedral. Also with a child with 4 yrs I couldn't enjoy it as much as possible. So I still want remboursement. Merci
