The bus driver was excellent!! We enjoyed Hobiton and Waitomo cave, but also the journey to get there!! All tour guides were well trained, and gave us wonderful experiences. Just one thing, you might be happier to take tour without lunch, if you are foodie. I would definitely recommend the tour :)
The bus is comfortable just prepare for all weather. Rack at the top for umbrella and light jacket. Great opportunity to meet new travellers. It is expensive but well worth the effort.
