My wife & I booked an 8am excursion for ourselves and our 2 daughters (12 & 17) both of which have never snorkeled before. The kids were a bit nervous but the staff were friendly & patient with them. It was cloudy and lightly raining as we headed out to our spot but we were still excited to get in the water. It ended up being a pretty special outing. Our captain Greg had two guides, Julia and Kiara that plopped in the water help with keeping our crowd of maybe 15 people safe and within a safe perimeter around the catamaran. We saw lots of fish watched a few turtles surface for air. After an hour we boarded and started back. We enjoyed a few drinks as Julia & Kiara played music bartended. One of the crew spotted a manta ray close by on the waters surface. We stopped to look, Julia got in the water and actually got a sweet underwater recording of the manta ray swimming close to her. This is an extremely rare event and she selflessly shared the video with us all. Very memorable day!

EXCELLENT! -Cat motored out a little after 0800 for about 20 minutes to Turtle Canyon: about a mile off Waikiki Beach. -The provided snorkel, mask and fins fit perfect. Mask did NOT fog up. A yellow emergency blow-up vest had to be worn as well. - Put on our gear and plopped in, but had to wait for everyone before venturing out. -As promised, Turtles, Had a hard time not touching them when they turn towards us. Water/view was not as clear os the brochure, but clear enough. Reef appeared dead (colorless), but we were there for the turtles which were plentiful. -Had more than enough time to snorkel. -back on board, the crew was serving up tasty liquid libations such as the “Turtletini”. Awesome. -Motored back. Wish we could have sailed back. My only criticism since I’ve been on other hobie cat snorkel tours that sailed back. -Crew was outstanding in every respect. -price was as good if not better than others to the same spot. -Other boat tours will be there also.

It was a great overall experience once we got on the boat but we had to pay extra to get a shuttle to and from our hotel when we thought it was included. Very deceiving in the write up. Guides were great and very polite. Saw turtles, an eel, variety of fish,and was able to hold a sea urchin.
