Booked online, which was relatively easy, paid via Klarna. But you can also buy tickets on the spot. Direct parking possibility, we paid 9 euros for about 6 hours..which I think is quite a lot, but you are right there and don't have to walk far. So if you're not so good on foot, this is a great option. The trip itself was very nice, the ship was clean and very modern and stylish. The staff was very friendly, both on the MS Wachau and on the MS Dürnstein. Food tasted good too. Come back for sure.

Lovely boat tour around the river. Good food, nice atmosphere

The only thing we wish is that where we had to go to get tickets was more explained to us in advance. I was led to believe that we could print our tickets at home. Thankfully a stranger helped us not only find the dock our boat would be at but suggest we go ask upstairs at the ticket office. After that all went well. Thank you

Nice boat trip, excellent value for money food

Mobile voucher was not immediately accepted, while it was on the website. They had to have a printed version. Eventually emailed the tickets to them so that they could print. Checking in was not really smooth and friendly ... Food was fine, service too. You have to love music, but it gives atmosphere. The disadvantage is that you sit with other people at a table (8 people). After dinner I sat outside, delicious!
