Der Film über das Antike Rom im Tourismusbüro ist empfehlenswert sowie die Karte mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Dort bekommt man auch die Tickets für den Aufzug und die Museen. Alle Tickets sind 7 Tage lang gültig. Es wird die Pop Guide App vor Ort installiert und diese ist super informativ. Deswegen ist der Voucher Tausch auch gut! Montag könnte Ruhetag sein, zumindest lt. der Homepage, und das Monument war tatsächlich geschlossen, aber auch weil der finnische Präsident zu Besuch war. Eventuell finden Montags öfter Besuche statt. Das Ticket würde jedoch für einen Montag verkauft. Da ich flexibel war und mehrere Tage zur Verfügung hatte, hat es mir nichts ausgemacht.

The view from the Vittorio Emanuele National Museum was phenomenal. Using the elevator was easy. Price-performance - well. If you just want the view -> day ticket staff friendly. However, the processing via GetYourGuide is in great need of improvement. You can select tickets from anywhere in the world, pay for them, get a QR code ticket on your mobile phone - and then??? you have to walk or drive through half of Rome to queue at a ticket station + redeem the mobile voucher for a paper ticket. The multi-media video in the unair-conditioned room without windows with wooden seats without access control, which means that during d. Very interesting 25 minute videos constantly showing who is coming and going. The highlight of this ticket station in the tourist office on Piazza Ara Coeli, 16 was the unisex toilet in the basement. The room had clean ceramics, but the base of the sink and the wooden paneling were so infested with mold that it took your breath away.

Service was very good, everything was explained clearly and we were given a card. In addition to the price, you could watch a film on site, which was very impressive. (Approx. 20min) This showed where the respective ancient buildings stood and, above all, what the remaining ruins (and ancient Rome in general) used to look like.👍 Everything worked with the panorama glass elevator, the view over the whole center of Rome was great, you can just sit on the floor. The audio guide to match the view was good too, unfortunately only for one side of the view. I personally didn't find the internal museum that impressive. I wouldn't have needed the additional entrance fee to the neighboring Venetian Museum either (but the garden without entrance fee is nice), it would be great if there was an option without this museum.
