Mr. Deo was an AMAZING GUIDE and DRIVER! My daughter was unable to join me in Fiji, and given it was Mother's Day, I cried ALL MORNING because I will be alone on 3 tours. So I was the ONLY passenger for Deo and felt sad when the tour began. He wished me Happy Mother's Day. Within 30 minutes, with his character, scenery and Fiji information, sadness left. I was not going to do the mud pool, he talked me into it and am so GLAD I did the mud pool AND 30-minute massage. I was starving by the end of the tour and he took me to get india food, to eat at the hotel because we still needed to complete the temple tour. Overrall, 100 stars!!! Great driver, Awesome personality, Knowledgeable, Intelligent, made me feel like family even though we've never met. When back in Nadi I want him to do all my tours.

Interesting activity. We were only 2 and the temple was not accessible because of yearly prayers, but the whole thing was sti fairly enjoyable. Overpriced for what it is (hence 4 stars), but what do you expect from booking through an agency ? The charm of this activity is the fact that you are with locals, all the time, and they give you real good insights about local culture.

We had excellent experience with our driver Rahul on this tour of January 2. The village did not accept visitors due to national holiday, but the Hindu temple visit, Farmers market (remember to drink kava!), Sleeping Giant garden (orchids!) and the mud pools & hot springs were all super. We even had a very relaxing and reasonably priced massage at the mud pool. We recommend Rahul and the Valentine Tours to anyone visiting Fiji!
