They staff were very kind and helpful. There was always someone around to tell you which way to go or give recommendations. On the safari the guide literally offered my son her jacket if he was cold due to the breeze. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions (even those not about pandas and not related to the tour) The pathways were clean, shaded and so full of plant foliage it felt like a botanical garden. I wished I lived closer so I could walk around this gorgeous place regularly.

Ballonride Find the PRICES for food and offer very high. There are almost no simple drinks - mainly huge or offered in those plastic tumblers. Facility is nicely done. African Tram made me sad. Drives over and through the wild where construction is taking place at the same time. You can see animals, but I would have expected more. I think the preferred parking offer is very good and the volunteers are great!

Should have senior prices. Could do more with what you have in terms of shows. Map was difficult to follow. Plenty of staff to help you find a route which was nice. Could have big posters that indicate where you are on the map.

Nice park; great volunteers. Did not get to see the elephants or cats because they were not available?

The gorillas were awesome. Lots of options to eat and drink and lots of toilets
