What people are saying about Vik

The trip was great and we had a lot of stops on points of interest. The tour itself is really long (~15 hours) due to the travel distance. The sights are beautiful and definitely worth to visit. We got a hotel pick-up at 7 AM, and had a quick stop realitvely early so that everyone could grab a breakfast, drink a coffee, etc, enough time for everything. You drive out of town during sunrise (mid-January), which is beautiful even from the bus, and you start going back at sunset, and visit one of the waterfalls that is lit up during the night.

The tour is absolutely fantastic! I went in january and the places are incredible to see and it was honestly the best tour in iceland! Our guide Monika and our driver Michal were simply the best people ever and she makes you excited and entertained during the trip which goes by really quick even thought its 16 hours of a trip! I would 100% reccomend this trip it is a must if you go to Iceland!

Great trip. Weather was horrendous on this day. Nothing on Diamnod Beach, which was disappointing, but the glacier lagoon was great. On the way back to Vik there was a break in the weather and our guide (Simon) took us to a waterfall, which was the highlight of the day for me.

We hiked up to a glazier and across a frozen lake to climb upon an iceberg. Our guide was very informative & funny. The waterfall was terrific and lunch at the soup station was delicious. We had about 9 people on board for this trip and that was very comfortable.

Fabulous tour. Great guide who knew all about Iceland and its history.
