We really enjoyed the tour and our guide Lily was really great. It was nice that we were with a very small group. We had fantastic weather and were able to enjoy the view from and onto the glacier. The route was doable (even if you've never climbed before) and the ice climbing was fun, even if it was a bit challenging. But luckily we were well equipped for it. We can definitely recommend this tour.
Activity was good. Although the meeting point appear to have changed from when we booked. We do not have access to internet and nearly missed the activity because of notification after the fact. one guide Jan was good (rate him as 10), the other guide seem to be very blunt and not very polite, would rate him as a 2. almost ruin the experience, good thing Jan was there.
