We had a great experience during the glacier hike, and the activity itself was both exciting and well-organized. A big part of what made it enjoyable was our tour guide, Mihai. He was incredibly cooperative, patient, and attentive throughout the entire hike. Mihai made sure everyone in the group felt comfortable and safe, and he was always considerate of different fitness levels and needs. His clear instructions, friendly attitude, and knowledge about the glacier and the surrounding area really added to the overall experience. We truly appreciated his effort in making this adventure memorable for everyone!

Overall activity was amazing experience. The guide was knowledgeable and provided us lots of information nuggets during the hike. The ice cave was a little disappointing but I was sort of anticipating it. Highly recommend this activity.

Not Worth the Money, but Amazing Staff Experience Thanks to Aram! ❤️❤️❤️ I recently went on a hiking trip in Iceland and honestly, for the money we paid, the experience was quite underwhelming. The scenery didn’t live up to the expectations set by the price and the photos. However, what truly stood out was the staff at the entrance — especially Aram! He was absolutely amazing. The best part of the whole trip, hands down. He truly deserves a lot of praise. Always kind, cheerful, and incredibly helpful — whatever I needed, he was right there to assist with a smile.
