The Katla Ice cave is amazing!! Our guide was knowledgeable and we felt safe (you literally have to climb up ice steps). The ride to get to the cave is kinda bumpy, literally! It’s more like a van than a jeep. But the driver/guide knew what he was doing. Highly recommend!

Superb activity, very well explained by our guide Laura who was very well informed on the geology/geography of Iceland. Although tour changed (due to a collapse in original cave) a new route had been set out.
