The tour was really awesome! The experience to drive in a super Jeep was really extraordinary and we really enjoyed it! The ice cave itself was stunning and can be done by everybody in good shape. I was really afraid that you have to have an extraordinary fitness level but this is definitely not necessary! Highly recommend to do this tour! Even my partner who occasionally only did the tour because I wanted to, said it was a lifetime experience!

A great experience. Fabio was a tremendous guide (as we say round my way a total leg-end). He was knowledgeable, funny and made the entire trip for us. There were two or three in our group who were less sure on their feet and Fabio ensured they were well looked after. The cave itself was fascinating as was all the additional local knowledge Fabio provided there and back. I'd highly recommend this tour as an easy win for those who want to see a glacier and its spectacular features up close without having to be overly intrepid yourself with 4x4s and specialist equipment. Should I ever be lucky enough to visit Iceland again I will undoubtedly seek out another Troll tour (and would hope to see our pal Fabio again).

Went on the Katla Ice Cave tour. Absolutely amazing experience. Was hesitant about the cost, so glad we did it as it was one of our highlights of the trip to Iceland. Our guide was Fabio who was really informative and made the tour very interesting. Thank you.
