This was a great tour. I booked it last minute and I’m so glad I did! The guide was very knowledgeable about the glacier history itself and of safety/ice hiking. I felt very safe. It was a small group of 5, and I met some lovely people! I’d highly recommend this tour.
Unforgettable Glacier Hike with O’Neal – Heartfelt Thanks! Today’s glacier hike with O’Neal was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the very beginning, we felt safe, well-guided, and in the best hands. O’Neal managed to combine deep knowledge, humor, and professionalism in a way that made the whole experience not only informative but also a lot of fun. He took the time to explain so much about the glacier’s past, present, and possible future, and showed us incredible ice formations that we never would have found on our own. Despite the constant changes and challenges on the glacier, we never felt at risk – his focus on safety was always clear. We were especially grateful for his effort to make this experience meaningful for everyone in the group. It wasn’t just a hike – it was a real journey into the heart of nature, guided by someone who clearly loves what he does. The 3 hours flew by, and we came away with not only new knowledge but also great memories. Thank you O’Neal
