What people are saying about Vietri sul Mare

Overall rating

Our family loves returning time and time again to Cortecorbo. The small intimate setting is much more welcoming than the other wineries that shuttle in over 40+ people into one tour. This small winery run by a loving family has become our go-to spot for the best Iripina wines. When we were offered the ability to adopt a row of grapes, we immediately said yes. Cortecorbo winery is not your average vineyard. They produce some of the most underrated wines in the region. But that keeps them a hidden secret. I always think that Cortecorbo lives by the saying that people will forget what you say but they will never forget how you made them feel. When we are there we feel like we are with extended family and that makes all the difference.

We visited Italy in July 2023 and this day was one of our best experiences there. We met Antonio and his family and spend the day in the beautiful Italian countryside. They were the most gracious hosts and made us feel like family. We visited his winery and learned all about Italian wines. Antonio's Mom made us the most incredible meal with amazing wines. We also learned how to make homemade pizza with our family. This was the most amazing experience and we are so grateful for Antonio and his family. We hope to visit them again one day. Thank you!

Without a doubt, the absolute best experience I have ever had traveling the world. Antonia, Antonio, and Federico with their family created an unrivaled experience that everybody should have. Felt like we were part of their family with their warm welcoming and kind words. Being a professional cook I will absolutely say Antonia is a master in the kitchen and they create a one-of-a-kind experience. Thankyou so much for the best experience of my life.

Memorable and off the beaten path, this winery is fantastic. Beautiful drive through the Irpinia Mt. wine region. Antonia, the outgoing wine maker, makes wine with a deep passion of the region, which comes through in every sip of her wines. She offers cooking lessons, which usually includes hand-made pasta. The spread of food for the lunch is all regional and delicious, plus the wine tasting is generous.

Probably the greatest wine tasting experience I have attended during my time in Italy. Antonia and Antonio were so friendly and welcoming. They treated us just like family the entire time. The food and wine were absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend.
