It took about 8 hours, from pick-up up (around 08.30) and drive us back to the hotel (around 16.45-17.00). Small, confortable bus, AC, 8 turists in total. You have time to visit relevant places in Hanoi (Literature Temple, for us the most intresting place, another temple located on the bridge that splits the big lake into 2, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, Ethnological Museum, the former Prison and an Art Workshop). We had a fine lunch, water at discretion. The Guide was great, shared many aspects, many stories, and he had good humor and was very polite.

It was a very nice day with many interesting impressions, as written in the description. The guide gave us a lot of information. Everything was well organized. The water puppet theater at the end of the tour rounded off the day wonderfully. Unfortunately, there were problems with the local office at the beginning of my tour regarding the pickup. But everything was quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

Good communication before the trip. Collected on time at the stated location. The minibus had A/C and free water. Always kept informed about the itinerary. Lots of information about every site visited. Very good lunch included. Excellent trip and well worth the money.

I forgot our guide's name, but he was very knowledgeable. He's the kind of guide that beyond just the tour, if you have extra questions related to the tour or Hanoi in general, will be able to answer.

Our guide Tony Thiên was knowledgeable, kind and made the tour lively and comfortable. The tour was at a good pace also giving us enough time to explore the place by ourselves.
