Received a lot of historical information about the Hapsburgs and the intermarriages of the royal families. Also learned a lot about the different rooms and who and why the were created. Guide was very knowledgeable.

Really good tour provided by Carl who seemed very experienced and knowledgeable. Certainly pleased we booked this trip rather than going without a guide. The only minor improvement to suggest is the info on where to meet. We were originally told to meet at the Group Center. We waited there and nobody showed so I checked my email and it said go to the bus stop for Hop On Hop Off. It was no big deal as it was close by but maybe worth updating the initial info to say meet at the bus stop, which is close to the Group Center.
