Overall a enjoyable experience and I would recommend to those who want to see a classical music concert with opera interspersed in it. Some of the reviews on here report difficulty with finding the entry however for me it was easy to find - it was clearly signposted on the left of the main entrance. The tour of the palace itself lasts for strictly 40 mins (they don’t let you stay longer if you want to revisit some rooms), and then you wait another 40 mins outside the hall before getting to your seats. I bought tier A and I had a good view of the stage.

Full description

Listen to live renditions of Mozart and Strauss' classical compositions at a concert in Schönbrunn Palace's Orangery after a self-guided audio tour. Have the 22 rooms of the palace all to yourself after opening hours and then settle into your choice of seat for the performance at the Orangery.

The meeting point for the tour is inside the palace at 6:45 PM. To get there go to the left side wing of the palace and use the palace entrance. The tour itself starts at 7:00 P.M. With the provided audio guide explore the rooms on show and learn about the history of Schönbrunn Palace.

. At around 8:00 P.M., the Orangery will open. Take your seat in your chosen category and enjoy a beautiful classical music concert. Listen to the incredible skill of the Schönbrunn Palace orchestra and the Schönbrunn chamber ensemble as they enchant you with beautiful melodies.

Great, would recommend it to all. Tour was 30-40mins quite quick and the concert was definitely worth it.
