Pass itself is fine and you can save a lot of money on entrance fees. You visit museums, etc. that you would not do without a pass. It is a pity that you cannot book activities digitally in advance, which means that a number of things are no longer possible on site.

You can visit a lot without worry and use the hop-on, hop or bus that also provides digital explanations about the city during your transport. We only had en vienna for 2 days, but then you had to do it well to see all the favorite places. A big turn-off is the boat trip on the Danube, we only saw industry, no nature and no buildings from antiquity + you had to fight for a place on the boat. Especially if the weather was bad you should have shivered on a bench outside on the side of the boat. They also insisted on consuming, if you still had drink in your glass, they already came to ask for another drink. This 2 hour boat trip was the worst thing I have ever done, just a waste of time!

All in all, the Vienna Pass is a great thing. Large selection of activities. However, I was surprised that some were not included in the pass. Like St. Stephen's Cathedral or the Palm House in Schönbrunn. I found it a pity. I don't know if the Vienna Pass office recently moved. In my confirmation email, I was given the wrong meeting point. According to this, the office would be in the middle of the street or in the subway underpass at Karlplatz. The subway staff was then able to help me find the Vienna Pass office, which was one block down from the listed meeting point.
