This tour was delightful from the moment I stepped inside the museum. Not being familiar with the artist at all, I am a new fan. The paintings and models were unusual and interesting. But most of all I enjoyed reading about his life and art philosophies. Still very applicable today.

There is no point in buying the ticket to the activity in advance, we still had to stand in the queue to collect a proper ticket and no price advantage either. The museum itself was good to visit, however the staff were extremely unfriendly. For us visiting the original Hundertwasser building was what we were really interested in, as it is his mosaics and the architecture that interested us more than his paintings.

This was a must for me as I love quirky art. I loved the bright bold colours and thoughts behind the artworks, to make the environment we live in curved, hilly, organic and a pleasant place to be, Hundertwasser was very talented designer and architect.
