We did this walking tour in December 2022. Be sure to wear warm layers and comfortable walking shoes. You walk quite a bit. The guide’s information and photos with each talking-point were excellent. If you’re unfamiliar with all of the details of Austria’s role in WW2, then ask a lot of questions. Few Americans learn such in-depth knowledge and it’s easy to miss what the guide is referring to if you don’t ask.

Really insightful tour. Frankly quite frightening with the brutal truth on Vienna’s shady past and unfortunately current situation as regards to anti semitism. Shocking to see armed guards situated at the Jewish museum and at Jewish restaurants. Vienna is undoubtedly a magnificently beautiful city which has experienced super wealth in the past.

My group of six people, adults of all ages, enjoyed very much learning the history of this beautiful city during the second world war. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything with fun facts details, making the tour very pleasant. I strongly recommend this tour even if you think you’re not interested in history. It’s really good.
