When booking, I needed some help with the group situation. Booking has taken our request and found the tour guide for us with contact info which is very helpful. Even the day before, when I reached out by email to tour guide, Dr Brigitte Timmermann, she called to to discuss; that was great. She is very knowledgeable, provided lots of background stories, and patiently answered our questions. Our group was very impressed and happy with the tour. We were very lucky to get such a tour guide and enjoyed our time. Highly recommended!

Patricia came super well prepared for the tour, we covered all the proposed tourist points, she was able to cover several detail of history and patient to answer all of our questions, the tour ended in front of the Gothic church just as the bell rang at exactly the 2h mark, pretty impressive.

Elisabeth was outstanding! Her vast knowledge and enthusiasm for Vienna made me want to have more time to get to know the city better. She was also very willing to answer questions and go into detail. This is a great way to get a good overview and flavor for a city in a short period of time. Highly recommended!
