Die Abholung der Tickets war schwierig, weil man für uns oder aus unserer Sicht die Öffnungszeiten kurzfristig auf 9:00 bis 12:00 Uhr verringert hat. Sonst war aber alles super und wie versprochen mit den Tickets. Nur beim Leopoldmuseum mußten wir vorher noch an die Kasse für Eintrittstickets, sonst konnten wir an der Kasse vorbei und einfach rein. Beim Eintrittskontrolleur nur kurz scannen den Flexipass und drin war man. Es war aber nicht überfüllt in den Museen und so hätte man an der Kasse sowieso nicht lange warten müssen. Erwähnen muß man aber noch, daß niemand von den Kontrolleuren wußte, daß der Flexipass den Einlass ermöglicht. Erst als Sie den Pass scannten, merkten Sie, er erlaubt den Eintritt. Eigentlich ein Stern abzug !!!

Overall the pass was a wonderful option allowing us to decide what to see and when. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and provided some ideas on getting around which attractions were close to each other. The only thing I would say is make sure on day of arrival get there early to get your pass. We got there the day before but about an hour after 12 so we could not get our passes.

Ce pass est très intéressant. Il permet de visiter jusqu'à 5 attractions au choix dont Schönbrunn ou la Grande Roue. Ce serait encore mieux s'il n'y avait pas besoin d'échanger la réservation contre un pass physique. Et aussi de savoir à l'avance s'il faut scanner le pass pour avoir un billet d'entrée selon le lieu.
