Vienna: City Cruise with Optional Lunch

I highly recommend it - great boat trip plus excellent service in board. The only thing that was incorrect was that when I booked the trip online it said I need to get physical tickets at the pier and that appeared not necessary as the lady at the ticket office informed us that online booking is enough. It also said that you need to be at the pier 30 min before boarding time which is again not necessary as boarding starts 5 minutes before departure time. Oher than that everything else was great.

Great activity! We didn’t book the lunch but still had the option to order on board if we changed our mind. Boat was decorated inside for Christmas, staff were very pleasant and food and drink prices were really reasonable. When we booked online, we were told our mobile ticket had to be exchanged at the ticket office for a physical ticket. So we arrived early to do this but were then told we didn’t need a physical ticket and the mobile one was fine. Quite confusing. However, the tour was great, as was the guided commentary. We went in the evening. Boat left on time and did last the full 75 mins. Also only a few minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn too! Would recommend.
