This is a MUST for anyone visiting the city! Exquisite exhibit! WOW!

The exhibit simply WOWED us! There was so much history and beauty all wrapped into one. We enjoyed the experience thoroughly and would have been very disappointed if we had not experienced this tour. We think this is a must for anyone visiting the city...plus...throughout other exhibits and tours in the city, many references relate back to what we saw and learned on this tour - having done this early in our stay added to the experience of our other excursions. KUDOS - job well done - and amazing exhibit! WE LOVED IT!

Very interesting tour, must be repeated.

The tour guide accompanied us where the car for the city tour was waiting, then met us again in Schonbrunn Entrance and lead us directly inside the Palace Our city tour was on May 1, City Center was blocked by manifestations but our City Tour driver/guide did his best to show us almost all the interesting places in the list.

Excellently presented tour and information

We thoroughly enjoyed a very informative and well presented tour. There were some problems with the radio/walkie-talkie system within the Palace, which were eventually sorted. Slight annoyance, which could be easily overcome via investment into an up-to-date system possibly utilising blue-tooth.

Outstanding but poorly signposted when trying to find right platform

No escalator or elevator to get on to platform. Had to drag suitcase down 3 flights of stairs. Poorly directed as to which platform for first time visitor and nobody to ask. Otherwise brilliant- fast, clean and easy to find entrance.

Great , voucher does not give access to Museum

It is great exhibition you can see crown of Holly Roman Empire. You should know this ticket does not give skip the line access you still need to wait in the line and change print voucher for museum ticket
