The zoo is very beautiful. It was clean and the prices of the food and drinks were also reasonable. The crowd was well distributed so that you could see everything in peace and were not rushed, and there were plenty of places to sit and rest. For the first visit to Vienna, the Tiergarten was very worthwhile for a day trip.

The family flew in from Tallinn, especially to visit the zoo. They were satisfied. For some reason, Google led us not to the main entrance, but to the side entrance, but then we saw the palace ensemble. The zoo is good, huge, we saw a giraffe, we really dreamed of seeing it, we saw the feeding of pelicans and walruses - this is a real performance, penguins are something. Of course, everyone is delighted. We walked for 4.5 hours, we didn’t master a piece of the zoo. But still they were very satisfied. Throughout the zoo there are drinking water taps and modern toilets.

We were at the zoo shortly after opening hours and, after showing our vaccination certificates and negative test results, we were able to go straight to the entrance and use the QR code to continue straight into the zoo. The zoo is always an experience, the enclosures for the animals are wonderfully designed and we will definitely stop by again on our next visit to Vienna.
