Amazing trip! We were lucky, had beautiful weather, calm waters and saw lots of orcas and humpbacks. Just keep in mind that this is a nature trip, so nothing is guaranteed. Derik was an extraordinary guide, passionate, knowledgeable and funny. It seemed like he was made for the job. He’s as authentic as it gets. Couldn’t have imagined a better guide. This guy does not only deserve a free beer for name tagging. Give this man a medal. Keep up the great work! There are also great food options on the pier. Fish and chips, oysters, tacos, ice cream… very vibrant place. Parking is available at the pier. For RVs there is a payed parking (12$-10h) 5min by foot. Next to the RV parking you can find a nice cafe (Nourish) where we had great coffee and tasty breakfast. Overall a perfect experience, couldn’t have imagined it any better.
The crew was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Thank you Izzy, Derek, Carol and Rod.
