Full description

Immerse yourself in a private pasta-making class at the Cesarina's home, learn the secrets of the region's most famous pasta dishes and taste the fruit of your labor accompanied by a glass of local wine. During the lesson, the Cesarina will reveal to you the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines.

I booked this for my boyfriends birthday and we had an absolutely wonderful time!! He’s gluten free and Michaela did a fabulous job making sure the pasta and gnocchi was gluten free and delicious! Michaela was wonderful company and a great instructor and everything we made was delicious! Can’t wait to try out some of the new tips we learned the next time we try and make pasta! :) definitely recommend booking, a great activity for couples or families looking for something fun and different to do in Verona!
