Definitely Recommend this activity. The activity was excellent in that it was very informative and we had lots of questions that were answered honestly. The food was delicious and I regret we didn’t find this deli earlier as we would have been regular customers! We did the olive oil tasting on the last day of our visit to Verona. No improvement required the time frame and venue is perfect especially for small groups. There were only 2 of us, made the activity very personal. Jacqui & Gerry Australia

Full description

This experience is dedicated to one of the most typical products of Italy, the king on the table of every Italian family: extra virgin olive oil. Everybody knows it, but throughout this experience your guides have chosen the best from 500 different types to help you understand their differences.

Your guides will also run you through its history and production methods, as well as common and non-common uses. Following your experience, you will be left with the ability to recognize the best olive oils.

Just book it, you won’t regret it, a couple of hours immersed in everything foody. Phillipo was passionate and so knowledgeable about many of the local artisan producers - our olive oil tasting extended to wine, balsamic vinegar, ham, 4 types of local cheese and fabulous homemade bread from his fathers bakery. Phillipo was delightful, friendly and welcoming. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, although we did. This experience was a highlight of our trip.
