The small bus on Route B was not wheelchair compatible but we did manage to do the trip with the help of a fellow passenger who assisted with the chair. The trip on the Double-decker was wheelchair compatible but the rain was so heavy we got wet on the lower level! It was uncomfortable so we did not go round again.

I had a great experience. The bus driver and the guide helped me a lot, telling what spots I should hop off to get there on time. And even they help me to get the right bus back to the hostel. They were really friendly and the city is beautiful. I loved Verona. The best gelato so far

We dont always take the hoho bus but it was well worth it in Verona because the sites are spread out and it would be difficult to walk especially in the summer heatwave. We started at the train station and the pickup is near on of the entrances at the main building not out near all the bus stops.
