- Ages 17 and younger don't require a Verona Card.

- The VeronaCard does not include the Aerobus service.
- From February 11 to March 31 (included), the Arena closes at 3:00 pm (last
- admission at 2:30 pm).From 11.02 to 31. March 2025, the Arena will close at 3:00 pm (last admission at 2:30 pm).
- Due to ongoing construction, the Arena amphitheater's will be closed from April 1 to April 18 2025.
- For Juliet's House and Juliet's Balcony, it is necessary to book the access
- time through the Musei Civici website.
- Several museums are closed on Mondays including the Arena Amphitheatre, Juliet's House and Juliet's Balcony.
